Beneath the Sunlit Sky

Hi everyone,

Once more ! lol
My addition to this wonderful design.

It took me two years because at first, I tried to found a nice French translation. But I failed. So I let it in English.

Stitched on a 32 count overdyed linen.
GAST and Weeks threads as recommended

My close up on the button hole :-)

Need to be framed now ...

Thanks for looking.

Sarah's ABC

Hi ladies,

This is my second pincushion from the leaflet "Thank-you Sarah Tobias".

I've stitched for a friend of mine, Veronique, Blackbird's addict as you know, she shows her stitchings on this blog.

Linen 40 count - Thread Gatherer

On the back side, Moda sampler fabric, BlackBird of course ;-)

Thank-you for looking.

Pins and Tulips pincushion

My addition to the seasonal exchange

Stiched on 40 count linen vintage yellow, threads GAST and WDW as recommended.

Instead of the alphabet, I've stitched Agus' name.
I added a scissor and made a fob with her initial and the tulip in 1 over 1.

Pins and needles

Thank-you Sue for letting me join the group :)

My name is Eva and I live in France. I'm a huge fan of Blackbird since a while and I've been stitching fifteen designs or more ! lol

For my first post, I would like to show not my own stitching but what I've received from a Spanish friend - Silvia - for a three stitchers seasonal exchange.

On the back side, she's choosen a Moda fabric, Blackbird of course !
I know she'd troubles with the finishing but the result is just perfect.

Lovely isn't it ?
