Autumn Song Needle Keep

Stitched on 32 ct linen that I stained for an olde time look and used over dyed floss. I did change the word in the design from Needles to Autumn, so that I could use it to decorate in the fall.
Warm wishes,

Birds of a Feather

First, thank you Sue for inviting me to join the group. I am very excited :)

I'd like to introduce myself. My name is Nan and I live in Philadelphia. I just love Blackbird Designs. I've been cross stitching for about 18 years now and it is truly a passion of mine.

32 ct belfast linen, DMC thread.

For my first post, I would like to show a pinkeep that I did a while ago but it is still one of my favorites. I adapted it from the Birds of a Feather pattern. I like things to look old and primitive so I stained it and stuffed it with sawdust. I do hope you like it.
