My Needle Book

I had so much fun stitching and finishing this dainty piece. I used the called-for linen and floss. I stained the piece with walnut crytals instead of Tan Rit Dye. I did a buttonhole stitch around the seamline. It took me quite awhile to chose the inside fabric but I think I did okay with my choice. I don't know how to crochet so I improvised and used a piece of my late-grandmother's yarn and attached a flower eyelet for the closure.
